ABOUT

I know what change feels like — and I know how much good can unfold along the way.

My name is Irma and I am a certified coach. I completed my coach training at Meritum Coaching School through a programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am currently continuing to develop my practice through postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching at Kozminski University, in a programme accredited under the EMCC EQA framework (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), one of the most widely recognised quality standards in the coaching profession.

I also work as an HR professional, which allows me to combine an understanding of organisational development with a practical coaching approach.

What connects these two areas of my work is what matters most to me: the person — together with their story, needs, values, emotions and their right to live in a way that feels true to who they are. I believe that every one of us carries enormous potential, even if there are moments when we need a safe space, an attentive conversation and another person who can help us see it.

My own path towards finding myself — and rebuilding myself — has been long and at times very uneven. It has taken me from a childhood and adolescence lived in a constant state of alertness, through my experience as an Adult Child of an Alcoholic (ACoA), building my own family and raising my son — including what I jokingly call the most demanding extreme sport of all, parenting a teenager — to my own individual and family therapy.

There was also emigration: learning to live in a new reality and rebuilding my career from the ground up in another country. There were moments of doubt, exhaustion and having to begin again. There was sweat, there were tears and, at one point, there was depression. But there was also immense strength, rediscovering myself, learning to treat myself with greater kindness and finding a deeper sense of inner balance.

Today I am in a place where I can celebrate life — not because it is perfect, but because I know how much can happen along the way. That is why I genuinely love change, and why I wholeheartedly encourage others not to be afraid of it.

This is the perspective I bring to my work with clients. No judgement. No ready-made answers. Curiosity, attention, and a deep belief that you are the expert on your own life.
